Empower Her Midlife is committed to providing quality services and products to support women through their midlife transformation journey. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to ensure you are happy with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a refund may be necessary. Below, we outline our refund policy in detail.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
Digital Products (e.g., downloadable resources, e-books, or courses):
Refunds are not available for digital products once they have been downloaded or accessed unless there is a technical issue or error on our part.Workshops and Events (e.g., in-person or online workshops):
Full refunds are available if cancellation is made at least 14 days before the scheduled event.
Cancellations made within 7–13 days of the event will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.
Coaching Services (e.g., one-on-one or group coaching):
Refunds for coaching packages are considered on a case-by-case basis. A prorated refund may be issued for unused sessions if requested within the first 14 days of purchase.
No refunds are available after 14 days.
Retreats:
Deposits for retreats are non-refundable.
Full refunds are available if cancellation is made 60 days before the retreat start date.
Cancellations made 30–59 days prior to the retreat will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat.
2. Refund Process

3. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not available for:
Gift cards or promotional items.
Products purchased on sale or at a discounted rate unless they are defective or unusable.
Services already rendered (e.g., completed coaching sessions or attended workshops).
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds for extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, family emergencies) may be considered at the discretion of Empower Her Midlife. Documentation may be required to process these requests.
5. Changes to This Policy
Empower Her Midlife reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and the “Effective Date” at the top of the policy will be updated accordingly.
